He’s worked for Delta Air Lines for the past 18 years and is currently in the Information Technology Department. Chuck is an Endurance Coach for Peak Racing Team and is USA Cycling Level III Certified and is a USA Swim Coach. His USAT Level 1 certification is pending.

Chuck has been part of the sport of triathlon for the better part of 15 years, competing in all distances. He recently completed his first full Ironman in Arizona on November 17, 2014. Outside of triathlon Chuck enjoys off road trail running and long distance swimming

Chuck’s coaching philosophy for kids is Safety first, have FUN, and the process is more important than the outcome. Kids are the future of the sport of triathlon. As adults we have the opportunity to introduce them to it, but more importantly teach them life skills they will hopefully retain as the get older.

Monica Huff

Monica “Mo” Huff :: Athens
By day Dr. Monica Huff is a Psychologist for the U.S. Navy Manpower Analysis Center (NAVMAC) but her real passion is running (and reading, but that is another bio). She has three wonderful kids with her husband Reign “make it a great day” Streiter, Gabby (12), Scout (10), and Wyatt (6).

Monica started running in order to complete a marathon and mark it off her lifetime goal list. She discovered that running was fun and that she didn’t want to quit after the first marathon. As of 2011, Monica has run a marathon in every state and is now repeating a few states in order to have sub-4:00 in each state. She has signed up for her first ultra 50-mile race, the NorthFace Endurance Challenge, in October 2012. She is happy and excited to share her passion for running with everybody, especially young runners and triathletes (but she is slightly biased on the running part of the triathlon)!

Seth Waltman :: Athens
During the week, Seth Waltman is a financial advisor with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, but he has taken a real interest in triathlons. He has 2 great kids, Ben (10) and Allison (7), with his wife, Becky. Both of his kids are Dream Team members.

Seth has been runniing and swimming his whole life. He ran his first half marathon in November 2009.  He enjoyed the race so much, that he ran another 2 months later. In 2010, Seth competed in his first triathlon. To hear the real reason how Seth got started in triathlons, just ask him for the story – it is bound to bring a smile to your face. In September 2013, he will compete in his first half Ironman distance in Augusta, GA. He enjoys competing and looks forward to working with the kids to help them be the best they can be.

Sheila Wilson :: Athens
Sheila has been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 12 years working for The University of Georgia and in private practice.  Outside of the dental office, she and her family enjoy the outdoors by camping, riding bikes, playing soccer, swimming, and running cross country. Sheila comes from a multi sport background participating in basketball, softball, and track. She competed at the collegiate level playing basketball for Georgia College & State University.

Sheila is married to Chuck and has two daughters who are Dream Team members: Maddy (11) and Kylie (8). This will be her 5th year competing in sprint triathlons and looks forward to a great season with The Dream Team.
